Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using simplycleaning.online or requesting cleaning services from Simply Cleaning. By submitting a quote request, booking a service, or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Simply Cleaning provides residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, and add-on detailing services within 50 miles of Eau Claire, WI and within 50 miles of La Crosse, WI. All services are provided by Isabella Henry and members of the Simply Cleaning team.

Simply Cleaning reserves the right to decline or discontinue service to any client at any time, at the sole discretion of the business, including but not limited to situations involving unsafe conditions, property concerns, or conduct inconsistent with a respectful working relationship.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by Simply Cleaning are flat-rate and based on the specific details of the home or commercial space, including square footage, number of rooms, and requested services. The quoted price is the price you pay, regardless of how long the job takes.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Simply Cleaning reserves the right to adjust pricing if the condition of a home or space differs materially from what was described at the time of the quote. Any change will be communicated before work begins.

Add-on services are priced separately starting at $25 and must be requested at the time of booking or in advance of the appointment.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are confirmed by mutual agreement between the client and Simply Cleaning. Clients are asked to provide as much advance notice as possible if they need to reschedule or cancel.

Simply Cleaning will make every reasonable effort to accommodate schedule changes. We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations when possible. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a rescheduling fee or discontinuation of service.

Simply Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, illness, or other circumstances outside of our control. We will contact you as soon as possible and work with you to find a suitable alternative time.

4. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring that Simply Cleaning has safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time and cannot reach the client, a trip fee may apply.

Many of our clients are not home during cleaning appointments. If you choose to provide access via a key, lockbox code, or other method, you do so at your own discretion. Simply Cleaning takes the trust placed in us seriously and handles all access information with complete confidentiality.

5. Insurance and Liability

Simply Cleaning is fully insured and bonded. Our insurance covers general liability for accidental damage caused by the Simply Cleaning team during the course of a scheduled appointment.

Simply Cleaning is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, fragile items not disclosed prior to the appointment, items left in hazardous or unstable positions, or normal wear and tear.

Any damage claim must be reported to Simply Cleaning within 24 hours of the appointment. Claims should be submitted to info@simplycleaning.online with a description of the damage and, where possible, photographic documentation.

Simply Cleaning's liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service for the appointment in question.

6. Payment

Payment terms are communicated at the time of booking and may vary by client. Simply Cleaning accepts payment methods as communicated directly to clients. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Returned payments or failed transactions may result in a service hold until the balance is resolved.

7. Satisfaction

Simply Cleaning stands behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of a completed appointment, please contact us at info@simplycleaning.online within 24 hours. We will work with you to make it right.

Please note that re-cleans or adjustments are not guaranteed but will be offered at the sole discretion of Simply Cleaning based on the nature of the concern.

8. Solicitation of Employees

Clients agree not to directly hire, solicit for employment, or contract independently with any member of the Simply Cleaning team for cleaning services during the period of the client relationship and for twelve months after the conclusion of any service agreement with Simply Cleaning. This provision is in place to protect the business relationships Simply Cleaning depends on to operate.

9. Website Use

The content on simplycleaning.online, including text, images, and service descriptions, is the property of Simply Cleaning and may not be reproduced without permission. The website is provided for informational purposes only. Submitting a quote request does not constitute a binding service agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Wisconsin law, Simply Cleaning's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific cleaning appointment in question. Simply Cleaning is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in Eau Claire County, Wisconsin, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Changes to These Terms

Simply Cleaning reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
