Pricing and quotes

  • Residential cleaning starts at $150. Every quote is flat-rate, based on the size of your home and the services you need. You will always know the full cost before we show up. Commercial cleaning also starts at $150 with a custom quote based on your space.

  • Fill out the form on our contact page or email us at info@simplycleaning.online. We will follow up with a flat-rate quote within 1-2 business days. For larger homes or commercial spaces, we may schedule a free in-person walkthrough first.

  • It means the price you are quoted is the price you pay, regardless of how long the job takes. We price based on your home, not the clock.

Scheduling and service

  • Yes. One of the most common frustrations with cleaning services is getting a different person every visit who does not know your home. Simply Cleaning is built around consistency. You will have the same cleaner who learns your home, your preferences, and your standards over time.

  • Many clients start with biweekly service. Families with pets, kids, or high-traffic spaces often prefer weekly. Monthly works well for those who like a thorough refresh but maintain things in between. We will help you figure out the right fit based on your situation.

  • You do not. Many of our recurring clients are not home when we clean. We are fully insured and bonded, and our clients trust us completely with their space. If you would like to be present for the first clean, that is always welcome.

  • Simply Cleaning serves within 50 miles of Eau Claire, WI and within 50 miles of La Crosse, WI. Near Eau Claire: Chippewa Falls, Altoona, Menomonie, Elk Mound, Osseo, Bloomer, Durand, Fall Creek, Rice Lake, and surrounding communities. Near La Crosse: Onalaska, Holmen, West Salem, Sparta, Tomah, Arcadia, Blair, Viroqua, Prairie du Chien, and surrounding communities. Not sure if we reach you? Just ask.

  • We ask for as much notice as possible, but we do our best to accommodate changes. Email us at info@simplycleaning.online during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm CT.

The CLeaning Itself

  • A standard recurring clean covers all major areas: kitchen surfaces, stovetop, sink, and counters; bathrooms including toilets, showers, sinks, and mirrors; bedrooms with dusting, vacuuming, and making beds; and common areas with floors, surfaces, and vacuuming. Your initial deep clean goes further. We will walk you through exactly what is included in your specific quote.

  • Yes. Simply Cleaning brings all necessary cleaning products and equipment. If you have preferences due to allergies, sensitivities, or pets, let us know and we will work with you.

  • Our add-ons target areas that standard cleaning does not always reach in depth: inside the oven, inside the fridge, steam cleaning, grout and tile detailing, and other deep cleaning tasks. Add-ons start at $25 and can be added to any appointment.

  • The biggest misconception about the cleaning industry is that it is easy. It is not. Doing it well takes real attention, physical effort, and a commitment to consistency. Simply Cleaning has been proving that for 5-10 years. When you come home and your house looks and smells exactly right, that is not luck. It is the result of someone who genuinely cares about their work.

  • Yes. Simply Cleaning is fully insured and bonded. This protects both you and our team, and it means you can invite us into your home with complete peace of mind.

  • We understand that inviting someone into your home takes real trust, and we do not take that lightly. Every member of the Simply Cleaning team is held to the same standard: show up on time, communicate honestly, and treat every home with care. Our clients’ reviews reflect years of doing exactly that. We encourage new clients to be present for the first clean and to ask us any questions they have.
